The Christian Leadership Department is designed to disciple every student and to raise them up as a leader to impact the world for the Kingdom. We equip our students with practical ministry and leadership tools to fulfill the calling God has placed on their lives. Each student can choose a focus area that impacts where they serve each week in their practicum. The three focus areas are Leadership, Social Impact, and Pastoral Ministry.
